Payment Guidlines

We kindly ask you to use your own name for payment registration, rather than your child’s name.

Payment Schedule

You'll be enrolling in a fortnightly payment plan managed by our trusted direct debit billing partner, Ezypay. You have the flexibility to choose a payment plan that fits your needs, using either a bank account or a credit card for payment setup.

Payments are scheduled to be processed every second Friday, resulting in a total of six payments per term.

Transparent Billing

Rest assured, there are no hidden costs. The amount you agree to during sign-up is the only charge you’ll incur. In the event of a failed payment, a retry will be attempted the following Friday along with an $8.80 late payment fee.

Payment Breakdown

Basic Plan

The total cost per term for the Basic Plan is $300, equating to $30 per lesson. This amount is billed as $50 every two weeks over a 12-week span. This includes one payment made during the school holidays preceding the term. In essence, you will pay $300 per term for your child to attend one class per week.

Standard Plan

The total cost per term for the Standard Plan is $540, equating to $27 per lesson. This amount is billed as $90 every two weeks over a 12-week span.

Premium Plan

The total cost per term for the Premium Plan is $720, equating to $24 per lesson. This amount is billed as $120 every two weeks over a 12-week span.

Annual Billing Cycle

Our billing cycle is structured in a way that allows for consistent payments throughout the year. Instead of interrupting the payment process during holidays, we spread the cost across six fortnightly payments. Annual payments will pause for a four-week period at the end of the year and resume two weeks prior to the start of the new term.

To clarify, your annual billing covers four 12-week periods: 4 x (2-week Holiday + 10-week Term). However, lessons are only held during the 10-week school term (4 terms x 10 lessons = 40 lessons per year).

Sibling Discounts

For families with multiple children attending lessons, you may select the appropriate plan to accommodate the number of classes needed for each child.

Instrument Hire

Instrument rental is available at just $10 per fortnight, conveniently added to your regular payment schedule.

Policy on Refunds, Cancellations, and Missed Lessons

Your satisfaction is important to us. Should your child be unable to attend a lesson due to illness or school events, you may apply for the missed lessons to be credited to your account or refunded. Link to lesson credit form.

We hope this clarifies our payment structure and policies. Thank you for entrusting us with your child's musical education.
